Since meeting Todd in December my lifestyle is changing. After 7 weeks have lost 19lbs I feel better. I'm eating better by selecting the right food products. My doctor has taken me off one of my diabetic prescriptions and by April I plan on getting rid of more medications and I will.

I first met Todd in late November during a preliminary conversation about his fitness strategies that he offered the staff at my school. I liked him right off the bat because he made sense to me. Deciding to take the plunge and join in has been one of the greatest gifts the New Year has brought me. I have a new vested interest in my own health and in the way that I can best use my body. I have a positive outlook in a season when I would normally feel pretty down.
I have been a runner for a long time and love it for mental and physical reasons but I was always aware of my own personal strengths and weaknesses. I knew that I was constantly working the same muscles and that I needed to work on some problem areas. I wanted to try something new and be taught for a change instead of doing all the teaching. Todd's program is challenging but not impossible and his methods are tough and kind at the same time. To put it simply, Todd enables me to do what I've always known I should be doing but now I'm actually doing it and that feels great. He guides us through work-outs that really use all the parts of our bodies. I feel as though I walk a little taller and bend a little further than I did a month ago. I am very excited for each Monday and Wednesday and I don't think you hear that a lot from someone with a gym membership. If you are looking for guidance and support without bullying or aggression, Todd is your man.

I can't begin to express how fantastic it feels to feel fantastic again, mind you I can no longer lift cases from the floor up but I can do other things at work, just to be free of the constant pain was unbelievable. It showed me how true it was what my chiropractor was trying to tell me, that for a full recovery I needed to strengthen my back.
Todd was great, he also wanted me to get better and when I showed improvement he was also excited for me. He accommodated my schedule, he was very patient with me and days when I was exhausted his expectations of me were realistic.
