Fitness and Wellness Consulting

The components of your goals, time frames, manageability, whether they are realistic under the current conditions, and what the time frame will likely be are discussed. Determine what obstacles have prevented you from succeeding in the past and develop a plan to overcome them. Learn how to plan and make time for your exercise, stress management and healthy eating.

Personal Exercise Program

Based on your assessments a personalized program will be custom designed for you and your goals. Every detail regarding your program will be laid out in writing in an easy to follow format for ongoing and future reference. Details for your aerobic, resistance, flexibility, and stress reduction will be documented and provided in your personal package. Your program will be updated every 6 to 8 weeks. All of this will be provided to you in the comfort of your home or office.

Personal Training Sessions

Sessions are typically 60 minute in length. Each session is designed so that you are coached through every aspect of your program. Safe and effective warm up activities are coached. These will reduce the risk of injury. Safe and effective cardio and resistance techniques will be taught as well as cool down procedures to aid in recovery after your workouts. Equipment is provided for in-home and in-office sessions.

Group Training (up to 4 people)

Fitness and Flexibility Plan

This is a highly effective tool for your consultant to aid in injury prevention and the design of your Fitness Plan. It is reviewed and updated on a regular basis with feedback provided by you.
